Duration
- term permits can be issued up to a maximum of one-year
- duration depends on type of permit requested

- Spring Road Restrictions - access to a restricted road for certain essential commodities only

- tridem drive trucks and pony trailers
- vehicles with forklift attachments
Permittee
- term permits are issued to the registered owner of the power unit
