Duration

• One year

Availability

• Agricultural Equipment and Farm Tractors
• Auto carriers (high mounts and stingers)
• Bale trucks and pony trailers
• Grain bins and storage tanks
• Hay and straw bales
• House trailers
• Infrastructure equipment up to 38000 kg (not including boom dollies)
• Long combination vehicles (LCVs)
• Long wheelbase semitrailers
• Non-Conforming  - Vehicles formerly regulated as “Non-RTAC”
• Overdimension for Manitoba and/or Brandon
• Overdimension/overweight for Winnipeg 
• Tridem drive straight trucks pulling pony or full trailers
• Vehicles with permanently mounted equipment (PME)

Exceptions

• Not valid for travel on the Winter Road System
• Not valid on any roadway under the jurisdiction of Manitoba that is not classified as an RTAC, A1 or B1 highway
• Not valid for any municipal road not indicated on the permit

Permitee

• Annual permits are issued to the registered owner of the power unit
• fleet blanket permits may be issued in some cases
