Dangerous Goods Training Certificate

If the driver will be handling or transporting dangerous goods, the carrier must make sure the driver is trained, tested, and certified in the dangerous goods they are handling or transporting. The carrier must maintain copies of the driver's training certificate, training record, level of experience and description of training material used.
