CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT ELIGIBILITY

MEP conducts periodic review to determine continued enforcement eligibility of an adult child. Please see the Child Support Enforcement Eligibility section for more information.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUSPENSION OF ENFORCEMENT

Support payors can apply for a temporary suspension of enforcement in certain circumstances, for example reduced income or change in the child’s living arrangements. Please see the Administrative Suspension of Enforcement section for more information.

SUPPORT AGREEMENTS

Support payors and recipients can sign an agreement to update the support terms in their order or agreement, in most circumstances. Please see the Support Agreements section for more information.
