Regulations
The Red River Floodway is a provincial facility operated by Manitoba Infrastructure in accordance with operating guidelines issued by Manitoba Water Stewardship under the authority of The Water Resources Administration Act. These operating guidelines are also a condition of Manitoba’s The Environment Act Licence 2691, issued July 8, 2005.
