Property Assessment Consulting Services

Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP)

Manitoba Housing is seeking proposals from qualified appraisers that are interested in acting as its prime consultant for property assessment consulting services in Winnipeg.

Submission intake for the Negotiated Request for Proposals is now closed.

The purpose of this NRFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proponents to review the 2023 property assessments for 95 properties, owned by MHRC, including valuation, classification and liability. Appeals for these 95 properties have already been submitted to the Board of Revisions. The successful proponent will represent Manitoba Housing at the appeal hearings and, if warranted, submit properties for further appeal to the Municipal Board.
