Negotiated Request For Proposals: Transfer of Seven (7) Single-Family Properties in the Point Douglas Neighbourhood for the Development of Affordable Homes

Manitoba Housing in partnership with Manitoba Justice and its Criminal Property Forfeiture Unit, is seeking proposals from interested partners who want to develop affordable housing in Point Douglas, Winnipeg through a negotiated request for proposals (NRFP). Project proposals must follow the application requirements as outlined in the document.
