Where do I go if I have a health care concern?
Information regarding complaints, including names and contact information as well as information on the Protection of Persons in Care Office (PPCO) is posted in an accessible location for residents, families and visitors in all licensed PCHs as part of the standards.
If you feel the personal care home has not addressed your concerns, you may wish to contact the client or patient relations in your region.
