Program Updates

Recent changes to the Manitoba Justice Compensation for Victims of Crime Program has expanded eligibility for close family members of a victim who died in a crime. If the incident took place on June 1, 2022 or later, family members who may not have previously applied to the program, due to their loved one having a serious criminal record, may now be eligible for certain benefits.
