The Fair Practices Office provides confidential and impartial assistance to Manitobans applying for, or receiving services under, the following departmental programs who feel they have not been treated fairly, Employment and Income Assistance; marketAbilities; Children’s disABILITY Services; Community Living disABILITY Services and Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care (subsidy).
- Employment and Income Assistance
The Employment and Income Assistance Program (EIA) provides financial help to Manitobans who have no other way to support themselves or their families. For people who are able to work, EIA will help them go back to work by providing supports to employment.
